Scripting API

The scripting API has been abandoned as of 2011-04-04.

The API was last updated on 23rd February 2011 (twice).

A preliminary object scripting API has now been made. You can find it from here:

To enable the experimental code, you have to set

enable_experimental = true

In your Configuration file.

It is very work-in-progress and has not much features, but it is already possible to have some fun with it! It has been implemented using Lua.

The interesting files are contained in data/scripts/objects/test/. (Link to bitbucket)

Currently there is no other documentation about the API than the scripts in the abovementioned directory.

As of now, the server just spawns objects randomly around the player.
